We’re an integrated company of manufacture and trade, specialized in construction fasteners, scaffolding couplers,rainwater gratings,ductile iron manhole covers and other kinds of construction casting parts etc.Our factory was established in year 1992, currently have 5 automatic production lines of casting and machining ,the domestic leading XZZ419 vertical boxless shooting pressure molding line,a 40 tons/hour sand mixing production line. Compared with other domestic similar production line,we have better inside quality and higher production efficiency. Company was equipped with accurate testing equipment, established four laboratories for chemical analysis, physical properties, pressure failure inspection and metallographic inspection, which are used in raw material testing, pre-furnace and post-furnace test , finished product destructive test and testing machine’s inspection. Annual production capacity 15000 tons of casting products.
For pasted many years we mainly aimed at China domestic market and provides construction goods for local famous projects such as Shanghai
Hongqiao Convention and Exhibition Center,Beijing Palace Museum Renovation Project,Jiangsu Electric Power Construction Yancheng
Power Plant Project,China Railway Construction Engineering Songyuan People’s Hospital Project etc. We as the scaffolding coupler national standard-setting participant, we’re the qualified supplier of China State Construction, China Energy Construction, China Railway, China Nuclear Construction and Shanghai Construction.For years, through foreign aid projects of the Ministry of Construction, our products were exported to many countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Pakistan, Georgia, Argentina, etc.
